This month we look forward to beginning patio season: leisurely lunches in the Colorado sunshine; nights filled with live music with a view of the stage even from outside!

SAUCE OF THE MONTH
This month we are loving the THAI CHILI MINT LIME sauce paired with our dry-rubbed grilled shrimp—a la carte or on the shrimp sandwich piled high with coleslaw, pickles and onion rings.  We can also add shrimp to the Veggie Salad & make a vinaigrette dressing using 2 parts Thai Chili Mint Lime sauce +1 part oil +1 part red wine vinegar.
