Our boutique office displays all of our listings in our showcase window. We are open seven days a week and our agents are always available. We have weekly sales meetings where we share information about new listings and share buyers? wants and needs. We then tour our new listings so that every agent is knowledgeable about our inventory and the competition to keep abreast of the entire marketplace. We are also affiliated with RE Colorado, Realtor.com and MYMLS.com which allows home buyers another way to view properties via the internet.
We have established a vast network of service providers, vendors and experts in all facets of title, lending and construction for any issues or concerns that arise during the buying and selling process. Our long term involvement in the Denver marketplace has allowed us to partner with capable investors for development of new construction projects, rehab and fix & flip projects. These investors are constantly looking for profitable new opportunities for our clients both buying and selling.
