Anuschka Pashel, the founder of Bloom, was born in Germany to parents from the Czech Republic. Her early inspiration comes from watching her mother quilt and knit, putting together unusual combinations of colors and textures. Anuschka has also lived in Paris, France, and New York, New York.

Her design sense is strongly influenced by nature, travel, art, and her European background, as well as her experience as a head designer at a prominent New York City flower boutique.

She is now an independent floral designer in Denver, Colorado. She likes to work seasonally and whenever possible she supports local growers. She enjoys collaborating with other artists and under her links you can see some of the people from whom she draws inspiration.
